APSEA Foundation & You

The Asian Pacific State Employees Association Foundation was founded in 1999 by a small but visionary group of Asian Pacific state government and legislative staff who felt a need to support the educational and career development of state government workers in addition to helping students pursuing a
college education.

The mission of the organization is to grant college scholarships to students and continue to develop in the upcoming year a Capitol program, in addition to supporting APSEA, the 501(c)(4) and it’s seminars and conferences which promote the personal and professional development of Asian Pacific state government workers and others.

In 2014, the APSEA Foundation expanded its efforts to partner with the Asian Pacific Islander Capitol Association, an organization better known as APICA, representing Asian Pacific Islander staffers and professionals in the Capitol community, to provide a program at the state Capitol and state agency.
